Sign Language Expert – Call Center, Operations Group Qualification: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. • Certification or proficiency in Pakistan Sign Language (PSL) or equivalent will be preferred Experience: • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Candidates with relevant experience in sign language interpretation will be preferred. • Preference will also be given to candidates having prior experience working with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), NGOs, educational institutions, or accessibility-related initiatives. Job Description: • Acting as a communication bridge between hearing-impaired customers and branch staff through sign language interpretation. • Providing real-time support to branches when serving hearing-impaired customers, ensuring a seamless banking experience. • Facilitating internal communication by assisting hearing-impaired employees in interactions with colleagues, supervisors, and line managers. • Supporting the understanding of tasks, instructions, and workplace discussions through effective interpretation. • Delivering excellent customer service support while engaged in regular call center operations. • Handling customer queries, requests, and complaints in line with call center standards during non-interpretation hours. • Coordinating effectively with the branch network and Head Office departments.
