Email Marketing Specialist Eligibility Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM campaign management. Skills Required: • Email marketing, customer engagement, segmentation, targeting and automation. • Campaign performance analysis, A/B testing and optimization. • Basic HTML with strong analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills. • Communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: • Managing and administering the email marketing platform, customer email database and automated customer journeys. • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns including customer segmentation, targeted communications and trigger-based campaigns. • Monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Coordinating with business teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and effective customer communications.
