Call Center Officer Batch 2026 Experience: • Fresh Graduates (candidates with relevant experience will be preferred) Qualification: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University. • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred Age: • Up to 30 Years as of 20th July, 2026 • 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates: • Hafiz-e-Quran • Those who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC equivalency letter • Differently-abled persons Key Responsibility: • Provide exceptional 24/7 customer service through professional and efficient handling of customer calls. • Handle customers' banking requests , respond to inquiries, escalate issues when required and process complaints related to banking products and services. • Achieve service quality and productivity targets by managing calls accurately, and in compliance with established standards.
