Job Description: Overview We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Development Intern to support the Sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students interested in modern sales tools, CRM platforms, automation, data management, and AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities • Manage and update HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate and organized sales data. • Take meeting notes and track follow-ups, action items, and pending tasks. • Use tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Snov.io for lead tracking and sales management. • Create simple automation workflows using AI and no-code tools to improve efficiency. • Prepare and share basic sales performance reports. • Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure proper lead handling and follow-ups. • Maintain organized documentation of all sales activities and processes.Job Specification: Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (fresh graduates and final-year students encouraged to apply). • Experience with HubSpot CRM. • Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Snov.io is a plus. • Comfortable learning and using new AI and productivity tools. • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. • Good communication and note-taking abilities. • Prior experience or internship in an IT company is a bonus.
