Job Description: Job Overview You will work as a Junior Closer on a Final Expense Whole Life Insurance campaign, selling life insurance over the phone (telemarketing). You will qualify customers according to campaign criteria and ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Key Responsibilities • Sell Final Expense Whole Life Insurance products via phone (telemarketing) • Ask all qualification questions to confirm customer eligibility • Filter DNC (Do Not Call) customers based on communication flow; abusive customers should be treated as DNC • Communicate with customers using empathy and professionalism • Follow company policies, code of ethics, and operational SOPs • Attend mandatory training and development sessions • Pay attention to detail • Report to the Team Lead Operations and Manager Operations • Work to meet assigned targets (failure to meet targets may affect basic salary)Job Specification: Required Skills • Communication skills • BPO industry skills • Selling skillsJob Rewards and Benefits: Health Insurance,Incentive Bonus,Leaves
