Job Description: Location: Lahore (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday) Salary: Competitive base salary + commission We are hiring 3 Tele Sales Representatives for the following international campaigns: • Staffing & Recruiting Services • Structural Steel Design Services • Cybersecurity Services Candidates will be assigned to a campaign based on their suitability. Job Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospects in the US and Canada • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline • Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records • Qualify leads, schedule calls, and support deal closures • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets • Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups and handoversJob Specification: Requirements • Tele sales experience in international markets preferred • Good spoken and written English • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus • Comfortable working night shift • Punctual, disciplined, and committed to long term work
