Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 (a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), is a not-for-profit organization implementing health and development projects across Sindh, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from experienced, registered, and reputable firms, event management companies, theatre groups, and service providers for the provision of Community Theatre Event Management Services under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi. Scope of Services The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing complete arrangements for community theatre awareness events, including but not limited to: • Professional theatre performers (Sindhi, Urdu and Pashto) • Stage setup, sound system and lighting • Generator and electrical arrangements • Audience seating, canopies and carpets • Photography and videography • IEC material printing and branding • Pledge wall and awareness campaign materials • Catering and drinking water arrangements • Registration desk setup • LCD screens and multimedia support • Event branding, banners and balloon decorations • Transportation and other logistical support The quantities mentioned in the RFQ are for one event . Services may be required simultaneously at multiple locations during the project period.
