INTRODUCTION The Chess Federation of Pakistan (CFP) invites sealed quotations from reputed suppliers, vendors, and service providers for the provision of goods and services for the 34th National Men's & 10th National Women's Chess Championship 2026 , to be held from 8th to 13th July 2026 at the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad . 2. SCOPE OF WORK Sr. No. Item / Service Description / Quantity 1 Accommodation Per Head Air-Conditioned Accommodation for 60-80 persons (Quota Players & Officials) with Breakfast & Dinner for 5 nights (8th–13th July 2026) 2 Catering Lunch for 250 persons on 9th & 10th July 2026 Lunch for 60 persons on 11th, 12th & 13th July 2026 3 Branding Designing of Visibility Material (15–20 Items) Printing: Approximately 1500 sq. ft. on Star Matt & China material (Backdrops, Standees, Streamers, etc.) with Frames & Stands 4 Trophies, Medals, Shields, Badges As per championship requirement (details below) 5 Event & Media Management Services As per requirement of event, for pre, event and post event arrangements will be required. 6 Video & Photography services As per requirement of event up to 02 video and photographer during all above dates will be required. 3.
