Job Description: Company: Microcare Technical Services LLC Job Title: WhatsApp Sales & Booking Executive Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% Remote (Work from Home) Location: Anywhere in Pakistan (role targets candidates in Islamabad) Working Hours / Shift: 9-hour rotating shifts. Employee will work approximately half of each month on each shift: • Day Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM • Evening Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business • Explain services, packages, and pricing • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings • Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional communication • Record customer and booking details accurately • Coordinate bookings with the UAE operations teamJob Specification: Must-have: • Bachelor's degree in any field • Fluent spoken and written English • Good communication, persuasion, and typing skills • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business • Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills • Personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace • Availability for rotating shifts (day and evening) Preferred: • Sales or customer service experience • Fresh graduates may applyJob Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus
