Eligibility Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in Consumer Products, CIU, Product, or Risk. Skills Required: • Analytical & Negotiation Skills • Communication & Leadership Skills • MS Office Proficiency • Regulatory & Unsecured Product Knowledge Responsibilities: • Overseeing the analysis, validation, and review of rejected applications for potential reconsideration. • Reviewing canceled, declined, and rejected cases to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and SBP Consumer Financing regulations. • Leading the appeals process by preparing rebuttals, reviewing documentation, and identifying errors or process gaps. • Developing improvement strategies while maintaining records of rejection trends, overturned decisions, and financial impacts for management reporting.
