Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: September 1, 2026) The incumbent is responsible for: • Effectively own and contribute towards the product strategy and its growth while managing the Retail Liability business. • Work on new avenues of volume growth, sustainability and profitability of the business. • Enhancement of customer value proposition on a continuous basis including improvement of the overall customer experience. • Working on the new initiatives including automating and streamlining the existing processes to bring in economies of scale and efficiency in to the system. • Actively preform market research on customer profile segmentation Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for liability products, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing management. • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, guiding product strategy and enhancements. • Ensure all liability products comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, coordinating with compliance teams and regulatory bodies as necessary. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, legal, operations, and technology to deliver seamless product implementation and customer experience. • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate product performance, development updates, and strategic plans. • Utilize data-driven decision making techniques to analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and financial results to continuously improve liability product offerings. • Manage timelines and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure projects and product updates are completed within agreed schedules. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth cooperation and product success. • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu to effectively engage with all relevant parties. • Support the coordination of cross-functional activities and tasks to ensure alignment and integration of various operational functions related to liability products. • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and market feedback to inform strategic product decisions and recommendations. • Demonstrate strong computer literacy, particularly advanced use of MS Excel and PowerPoint, to support product analysis, reporting, and presentations. • Foster a collaborative team environment by actively contributing as an engaged team player despite not having direct team management responsibilities.
