Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 years of Consumer sales relevant experience for Relationship Manager - Mortgage position. Responsibilities • Drive and implement the sales strategy for secured consumer finance products within the designated region or area. • Manage and oversee a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong client loyalty. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including auto dealers to facilitate customer acquisition and retention. • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed the established sales targets and business objectives. • Contribute to portfolio growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base for both secured and unsecured products. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to mortgage and consumer finance products. • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and portfolio performance. • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review. • Upkeep knowledge of the latest developments in consumer finance products and regulations to provide accurate information to customers. • Implement risk management practices to minimize exposure and protect the interests of the bank and its customers.
