Job Description (total positions: 35+, posted on: September 9, 2026) • Develop and execution of structured sales plans based on sound knowledge of market variables and customers’ needs. • Consistent delivery of sales numbers with a view to remain at par with the monthly target. • Enhancement of the bank’s image by maintaining a customer friendly and vibrant environment within the branch and close contact with other service providers and external business partners. • Business development, through typical activities like, Formulating, implementing/monitoring of future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and aligning these with the business goals. • Foster a culture for teamwork through encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels. • Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs.
