Education: Graduation with Pharmacy Technician / Dispenser Course from Regulatory Body. Experience: 2 - 3 years Relevant Experience. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quality specifications Store items properly according to category, batch, and expiry, with FEFO/FIFO followed Issue materials to departments and facilities against approved requisitions Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/inventory system and update them in real time Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification, and investigate discrepancies Monitor stock levels, flag reorder points, and report slow-moving, near-expiry, and expired items Ensure cold-chain, storage, and safety standards are followed Coordinate with end user departments on deliveries, returns, and shortages Prepare periodic inventory and consumption report Skills Required Should know using ERP systems and MS Excel Should have strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure Note: “Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
