We are seeking a Microsoft Power Apps and Python Junior Engineer to join the engineering team and contribute to low-code application development, backend integration, and automation projects. The role is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys combining visual app design with code-driven integrations to deliver internal tools and workflow solutions for clients across industries. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Python-based backend components, APIs, and integrations (Django or lightweight frameworks) that support Power Apps and automated processes. • Implement connectors to Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Google Workspace APIs, and other third-party services as required. • Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Python scripts to streamline business processes and data synchronization. • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, code reviews, testing, and documentation.Job Specification: Must-have: • Practical experience building Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven) and familiarity with Dataverse concepts. • Proficiency in Python for backend development; experience with Django is a plus. • Experience creating RESTful APIs and integrating external services (OAuth, API keys, webhooks). • Knowledge of Power Automate for designing automated workflows and event-driven integrations. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint, Teams) and/or Google Workspace APIs for integration work. • Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling for Dataverse or Postgres/SQLite. • Version control with Git; experience with code reviews and collaborative development workflows. • Testing and debugging skills for both Python and Power Apps solutions; attention to security and data privacy best practices. • Good communication skills in English; willingness to learn and receive mentorship.
