Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: August 12, 2026) Manage the financial operations of the Marketing function, including budget planning and monitoring, payment processing, taxation, MIS reporting and financial controls, while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and timely coordination with Finance, Procurement, Taxation and vendors/agencies. Responsibilities 1) Budgeting & Planning • Support annual Marketing budget preparation, allocation and monitoring. • Track campaign/agency-wise budgets, actuals and commitments and highlight variances. • Support budget revisions, reallocations and cost optimization. 2) Payments & Taxation • Manage end-to-end vendor/agency payment processing, including verification of invoices, POs, contracts and approvals. • Coordinate with Finance/Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment processing. • Ensure applicable withholding tax and tax documentation requirements are met. • Resolve payment and documentation issues with internal stakeholders and vendors. 3) MIS & Reporting • Prepare regular Marketing financial MIS, including budget utilization, actuals, commitments and variance analysis. • Maintain accurate expenditure and payment records and provide financial insights to Marketing management. 4) Controls & Compliance • Ensure Marketing expenditures comply with approved budgets, Bank policies, procurement procedures and internal controls. • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails and support internal/external audits. • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls. 5) Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Taxation, Compliance, agencies and vendors on financial and payment matters. • Support Marketing teams on budget availability, financial processes and payment requirements. 6) Required Qualification • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline. • ACCA/ACMA/CA (Part Qualified) will be an advantage. 7) Required Experience • 46 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Payments, MIS or Financial Operations. • Banking/financial services experience, particularly in a Bank's Finance/Planning function, strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience in budget management, vendor payments, taxation and financial MIS. 8) Required Key Skills • Budgeting & financial controls • Payment processing & invoice verification • Taxation / withholding tax • MIS, reporting & variance analysis • Advanced MS Excel • Financial reconciliation and analysis • Strong coordination and stakeholder management • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Required Skills Financial Analysis,Competitive Analysis,Customer Relationship Management,Regulatory Compliance,Budget Management,Data-driven Decision Making,Market Research,Excel
