Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive new business growth and manage strategic company projects from planning through delivery. The role involves client acquisition, revenue expansion, and overseeing project execution while coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Business Development & Strategy Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Develop and execute revenue and market share growth strategies Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches Conduct market research and competitor analysis Negotiate contracts and close deals Represent the company at meetings and industry events • Project Management Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources Monitor project performance and resolve issues Prepare project status reports for management and clients Ensure quality standards are met throughout executionJob Specification: • Must-have 3–6 years of experience in business development, project management, or related roles Proven track record of client acquisition and business growth Client Relationship Management Project Planning & Execution Business Development & Sales Strategic Thinking Team Coordination Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.) Based in Karachi or willing to relocate • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
