IT Engineering Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Engineering Manager to support our operations across GCC reigon. The successful candidate will work remotely while collaborating with our regional teams to manage technical proposals, vendor coordination, solution development, and engineering support for enterprise IT, telecommunications, networking, cybersecurity, data center, and ELV projects. The role requires close coordination with country managers, project teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure technically compliant and competitive proposals. Key Responsibilities • Support engineering activities across GCC operations. • Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender specifications. • Develop technical solutions and compliance documents. • Coordinate with international and local technology vendors. • Prepare technical BOQs, compliance matrices, and solution documentation. • Support presales activities and customer technical discussions. • Review project designs before submission. • Assist project teams during execution when technical clarification is required. • Maintain engineering standards and documentation. • Support remote engineering activities for multiple countries simultaneously. Working Arrangement • Support multiple GCC countries • Flexible working hours based on tender deadlines • Regular online meetings with regional teamsJob Specification: • Strong understanding of enterprise networking. • Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center infrastructure. • Experience preparing technical proposals. • Ability to interpret tender specifications. • Excellent documentation and communication skills. • Experience working with multinational vendors. • Preferred Experience • 7–10 years of relevant experience. • GCC project experience is highly preferred. • Experience with government tenders is an advantage. • Knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, Dell, HPE, Huawei, Palo Alto, Vertiv, APC, or equivalent technologies.
