Job details

Job Description: Create, edit, and optimize product listings on eBay, Shopify, and Etsy. Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and item specifics for search visibility. Process customer orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and pricing. Respond to customer messages and resolve inquiries professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with eBay, Shopify, and Etsy marketplace policies. Track shipments and resolve shipping or order-related issues. Maintain product data, spreadsheets, and store records accurately. Assist in store optimization, promotional campaigns, and daily store management. Collaborate with the team to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.Job Specification: • Must-have Knowledge of e-commerce platforms: eBay, Shopify, Etsy Understanding of eBay listing SEO and optimization Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities On-site in Sahiwal (candidate must be based in Sahiwal) • Preferred Prior e-commerce experience (preferred but not mandatory) Good communication skills and willingness to learn
