Job Description: We are looking for self-motivated and energetic Female Business Development Executives (Undergraduates/Students) to join our team at DevCore System. Type: 2-Month Commission-Based Probation (High Commission structure). Conversion: Based on the number of successful clients acquired in 2 months, candidates will be offered a transition to a Permanent Full-Time salary-based position. Key Responsibilities: - Use your personal, social, and professional networks to identify potential clients. - Reach out to prospective international/local clients and pitch our software and digital services. - Act as the bridge between clients and our technical development team. - Negotiate and successfully close deals.
