Job Description: Job Summary: The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify risks, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and conduct internal audits according to the approved audit plan. • Review financial records, operational procedures, and internal controls. • Identify risks, control weaknesses, and compliance issues. • Evaluate compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations. • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation. • Assist in fraud investigations and risk assessments when required. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintain audit documentation and working papers. • Communicate audit results to management and other stakeholders. • Support external auditors by providing required information and documentation.Job Specification: Required Skills: • Must-have: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing techniques. • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics. • Time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
