Education: Middle. Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant experience.. Washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning fruits, vegetables, and other food items. Clean and sanitize washing work surface, sinks, preparation and service counters, and all kitchen / bakery equipment including pots, pans, utensils, exhaust hoods etc. Maintain cleanliness in cafeterias; wash and clean tables, chairs, utensils and all other items to provide customer services to visitors. Prepare and serve beverages (hot & clod), snacks, and food at the cafeteria and official catering service areas as and when needed. Assemble patient meal trays, manage food waste, garbage from the processing area; dispose of food waste and ensure the food service facility meets FSD cleaning standards. Transport bulk food and trolleys; assist in the physical arrangement of the cafeteria and serving of meals at official events or in the cafeteria. Assisting with tasks like mopping and sweeping the floor, refilling condiment bottles, and helping with the presentation of dishes. Deliver bulk food to cafeteria and service outlets including food transportation/physical setting/serving food as and when needed. Following strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Interact professionally and courteously with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
