Education: Preferably MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing (BSN), or related degree. Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality, or Hospital Accreditation.. Quality and Monitoring Job Summary: The Quality Officer, in coordination with the team, is responsible for supporting quality improvement and risk mitigation initiatives across the organisation. The role involves monitoring quality management programmes, analysing quality indicators and data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending system enhancements to promote patient safety and continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Patient Safety Walk Rounds in clinical and non-clinical departments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Monitor, analyse, and report on clinical practices, operational processes, incident reporting, and environmental factors from a patient safety perspective. Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Patient Feedback and Complaint Management System across all IHHN campuses. Plan and conduct patient satisfaction surveys, analyse findings, and present reports with recommendations to support service improvement initiatives. Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly Quality Management reports for assigned facilities, including compliance monitoring and performance analysis. Coordinate and participate in internal quality audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Facilitate awareness sessions and training on quality improvement methodologies, accreditation standards, patient safety, and other quality-related initiatives. Maintain quality databases, monitor quality indicators, and support continuous performance improvement projects. Qualification & Experience Preferably MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing (BSN), or related degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality, or Hospital Accreditation. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should know quality improvement tools, patient safety standards, and healthcare accreditation requirements.
