Education: Middle. Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant experience.. Assist in ensure timely food preparation/ production for patients, attendants and staff in accordance with required portions / quantities and in accordance with established menu cycle days. Maintain strict cleaning and sanitation procedures in the kitchen and on equipment to prevent foodborne illnesses; clean and sanitize work areas and equipment, and assist with general kitchen maintenance task. Monitor food temperatures and storage to ensure safety and quality; assist with ordering food supplies and keeping inventory records. Assist in maintaining freezer items, leftover food (if any) on daily basis. Report to duty supervisor regarding spoiled food / stale food OR food which is doubtful for consumption. Assist to collect and assemble food material / ingredients from store for the production of breakfast / lunch / dinner / snacks menu (as per same day food production system) and ensuring strict control on food waste during after cooking. Ensure food supplies of perishable / nonperishable items and herbs are safe for consumption. Assist food service helper, cleaning and peel vegetables as assigned by the Cook. Assist transporting food to staff dining or any other location as directed by the Cook. Ensure end of morning working shift (as per duty schedule) details of leftover food must be recorded on system and physically handed over to the next shift Cook prior to sign out. Distribute staff cafeteria meals during breakfast /lunch / dinner and ensure that portion control standards are strictly followed. Support security protocols, ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and secure and maintain service excellence standards. Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor.
