Education: Intermediate with English and computer/smart phone skills to collect patient data.. Experience: At least one year relevant experience.. Key Responsibilities: Collect and document qualitative and quantitative field data , including community feedback. Maintain accurate records and reports ; support data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis. Assist in preparing weekly progress updates, reports, and presentations . Support public health activities , including disease screening and community outreach. Strengthen linkages between communities and health services .
