Tamara, a prominent fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, is seeking a Head of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to lead its AML/CTF/PF department. This critical role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's financial crime framework in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strict compliance with SAMA requirements, SAFIU reporting obligations, and Saudi Anti-Money Laundering Law. The successful candidate will oversee AML operations, risk assessments, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory engagement, reporting to the CEO and Audit Committee. Applicants must be Saudi Nationals and possess at least 6 years of relevant experience in AML/CTF or financial-crime compliance, including leadership experience under SAMA supervision, along with a relevant professional certification. The position requires strong knowledge of the Saudi AML/CTF regulatory framework and extensive experience in related operational areas.
