Gynecologist (Nok Kundi, Baluchistan Based)

Education: MCPS / FCPS - Obstetrics & Gynecology. Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Provide comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered primary healthcare services to individuals and families across all age groups. Provide routine gynecological consultations for common women health issues including : Antenatal and postnatal care for low-risk pregnancies. Early identification of high-risk pregnancies and timely referral. Management of following: Vaginal infections/ STI screening Menstrual disorder evaluation and management. Common breast problems Menopause & perimenopause issues Provide comprehensive primary care services, including teleclinics for preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management of patients and employees. Initial stabilization of common gynecological emergencies before referral. Conduct / supervise health screenings, physical exams, and risk assessments to identify and address health issues at outreach sites Contribute to the development and implementation of the protocols and policies for better clinical services in corporate sector. Evaluate disease patterns and take health education initiatives to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles. Collaborate with specialists, healthcare providers, and companies to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment. Analyze health data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend interventions. Educate employees on health topics, including disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management. Conducting regular clinical audits and site viist to ensure clinical competency of the physicians Follow any other task assigned by the line manager.
