Job Description: Company ProperlyPR is a growing full-service digital marketing agency hiring three Appointment Setters / Cold Callers for long-term, full-time remote roles. Role Overview You will speak with prospective clients, create interest in our services, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for the sales team. This role is for confident, persistent communicators comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and seeking stable, long-term work with performance-based upside. What We Provide • Leads and calling systems • Proven scripts and objection-handling guidance • CRM and tracking systems • Training, coaching, and ongoing support Daily Responsibilities • Make outbound calls using provided leads • Follow approved scripts and sales processes while sounding natural and professional • Speak with business owners and decision-makers • Qualify prospects and schedule qualified appointments • Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows • Record calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM • Follow up consistently with interested prospects through approved channelsJob Specification: • Clear, professional spoken English • At least 1 year of cold-calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, lead-generation, or outbound-sales experience preferred • Confidence making frequent outbound calls and handling objections • Strong communication, active listening, and qualification skills • Resilience with rejection; persistent without becoming disrespectful • Coachable, dependable, motivated, and quick to learn • Comfortable following scripts, using a CRM, and tracking daily activity • Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet with backup, quiet workspace, and high-quality headset or microphone • Availability for a full-time Pakistan night shift overlapping U.S. business hoursJob Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus
