Examination Officer

Job details

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or Management. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in examination or academic administration, preferably in an educational institution.. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct examinations as per approved schedules and policies. Prepare and issue examination materials, including answer sheets, attendance sheets, OSPE/OSCE sheets, stationery, and envelopes. Coordinate paper review and copy-checking sessions with faculty. Assist with examination venue arrangements and logistics. Coordinate invigilators and examination staff. Maintain updated examination records and files. Coordinate the collection and compilation of examination results. Assist in preparing examination reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and statistical data. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Scan, digitize, and maintain examination records. Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of examination materials. Supervise shredding and disposal of confidential examination materials. Ensure compliance with examination policies and procedures.
