Job details

Education: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 08 Years of relevant experience with Bachelors OR minimum 06 Years of relevant experience with Masters. The Deputy Manager, Learning & Development will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives. The role involves conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA), developing annual training plans, coordinating employee orientation and training programs, facilitating leadership development, monitoring training effectiveness, and maintaining accurate training records and dashboards. The incumbent will collaborate with departmental heads to identify competency gaps, ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, manage training budgets, and support continuous employee development in alignment with the Indus Hospital & Health Network’s vision, mission, values and quality management system.
