Job details

Education: Bachelors / Masters in a relevant field or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with Strong written / verbal communication skills. Responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including payroll processing, attendance management, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff queries while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Support HR reporting, employee benefits, policy implementation, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and effective workforce management.
