Directorate General of Archaeology, Punjab invites e-bids through e-PAD from the interested firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category having field experience of at least 5 years in the field of conservation and restoration of heritage buildings and monuments. The last date for submission of bids is 18th June 2027. The complete electronic bids must be submitted online as per guidelines given on e-PAD website. Technical & Financial Bid Submission Date and Time: 10th September, 2026 at 02:00 PM Technical Bid Opening Date and Time: 10th September, 2026 at 02:30 PM Terms and Conditions: 1. The URL of the website is (http://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). The response time shall be calculated exclusively from date of Publication of advertisement on the PPRA website dated 2026-09-10. 2. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 31st August, 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Directorate General of Archaeology, 60-A, Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore. 3. Technical and Financial bids will be received through e-PAD website (http://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk) as per class 30 of PPRA rules 2014. 4. The bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the PPRA Rules 2014 and the terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents. 5. The lowest bidder will be awarded the contract after due verification of the bid and compliance with all the conditions. 6. The work will be awarded to the lowest bidder after the completion of the technical and financial evaluation. 7. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and must have field experience of at least 5 years in the field of conservation and restoration of heritage buildings and monuments. 8. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) will be valid for 90 days beyond the submission date of estimated cost by PAD generated by the e-P system in favor of Director General Archaeology, Lahore. 9. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for any failure on part of firms to submit an e-bid or account of any technical or financial reasons. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids if found corrupt, unreadable, contains virus or submitted in wrong format. Such bid or pre-qualification shall be rejected and the bidder will not be informed. 10. In case of low bids, the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids if the bid is found to be abnormally low.
