You will work directly with senior professionals, partners, and stakeholders while gaining exposure to programme management, business development, partnerships, communications, and knowledge management. Key Responsibilities Programme Planning and Implementation • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of development and humanitarian programmes. • Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, budgets, and timelines. • Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure quality implementation and compliance. Stakeholder Coordination and Partnerships • Support engagement with government institutions, civil society organizations, private sector partners, academic institutions, donors, and community networks. • Organize meetings, consultations, workshops, and partnership activities. • Maintain professional relationships and ensure effective communication across stakeholders. Business Development and Resource Mobilization • Support opportunity identification, donor mapping, and funding intelligence. • Assist in proposal development, concept notes, due diligence processes, and partnership documentation. • Contribute to organizational growth and strategic positioning efforts. Communications and Visibility • Support social media and digital engagement initiatives. • Translate technical and development concepts into accessible and engaging content. • Assist in documenting stories, lessons learned, and organizational achievements. Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Knowledge Management • Support data collection, reporting, and learning processes. • Assist in maintaining organizational knowledge systems and project documentation. • Contribute to evidence generation and impact communication. Skills • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools • Working knowledge of Canva or similar design platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confidence in social media and digital engagement platforms • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Languages • Exceptional written and spoken English • Strong communication skills in Urdu Travel • Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across Pakistan when required. Salary Range: 60k – 90k PKR per month.
