JOB ADVERTISEMENT Position: Occupational Therapist Employment Type: Full-Time Location: MALC DEPD Matli Centre (Near More Qabristan, Court Road, Akbar Colony) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, supporting their functional independence, sensory integration, and participation in daily activities. Key Responsibilities • Assess clients' functional, developmental, and sensory needs. • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. • Provide therapy to improve fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living skills. • Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation. • Educate and support parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies. • Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals. • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and continuing professional development. • Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) from a recognized institution. • Valid professional registration/licensure (where applicable). • Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred). • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic computer skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
