Eligibility Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience Skills Required: • Sales & Marketing Strategy • Business Development & Growth • Regulatory & Unsecured Product Knowledge • Leadership & Team Management Responsibilities: • Managing a team of RO’s & RM’s within the assigned region • Motivating branches and direct sales teams to achieve monthly assigned targets. • Guiding branches on processes, documentation, and after-sales support through regular branch visits. • Maintaining MIS, responding to branch queries, and managing product delivery and safekeeping. • Coordinating unsecured financing cases while supporting team management and operational activities. • Conducting sales huddles • Meeting with the retail stake holders Department: Cards & Unsecured Financing - Consumer Finance Group Location: Karachi, Lahore, Multan & Islamabad Last Date: August 20th, 2026
