Job Description: Company: Shallbay Limited Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan (remote / online role) Role overview: Provide administrative and coordination support to network engineering staff, project leads and clients to ensure timely delivery of installations, configurations and ongoing support. Work remotely to manage scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination and basic troubleshooting intake. Key responsibilities: • Provide remote administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating team communications. • Act as primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and route technical requests to network engineers. • Prepare and maintain documentation such as work orders, installation checklists, asset inventories and meeting notes. • Assist with tracking project milestones, follow-ups on site visits and reporting progress to project managers. • Coordinate procurement requests, liaise with vendors for supplies and maintain purchase records. • Support basic troubleshooting intake by collecting relevant information from clients and creating clear support tickets for engineers.Job Specification: • Must-have: Excellent written and verbal English communication; professional phone and email etiquette. • Strong organizational skills with experience managing calendars and scheduling across time zones. • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace and cloud file management. • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira) and basic data entry best practices. • Ability to document technical information clearly and collect troubleshooting details for network engineers. • Vendor coordination and basic procurement record-keeping skills. • Time management, task prioritization and ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Discretion handling company documentation and sensitive client information; basic understanding of confidentiality practices. • Optional / plus: Familiarity with basic networking terminology.
