Job Description: Job Opening: Video Editor (On-site Karachi) Company: Quran Majeed Academy Location: On-site, Karachi, Pakistan Employment Type: Full-Time Career Level: Experienced (Non-Managerial) Shift: Evening Shift Salary: 50,000 - 100,000 PKR (negotiable based on experience) Position Summary: We are hiring a skilled Video Editor to create and edit Islamic educational content for our academy. The role involves assembling raw footage, applying edits and effects, and producing polished videos suitable for educational distribution. Responsibilities: • Edit and assemble raw video footage into coherent, engaging final videos. • Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for cutting, color correction, motion graphics, and effects. • Maintain a clean editing style and strong storytelling flow appropriate for educational/Islamic content. • Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to meet editorial guidelines and deadlines. • Deliver final video files in required formats and ensure technical quality.Job Specification: Must-have: • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe After Effects • Creative storytelling and a clean editing style • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work Preferred: • Experience with educational or religious content • Basic color grading and audio editing skills
