Job Description: Company: Friend Corporation Pvt. Ltd. Location: Karachi, Pakistan (on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Morning Shift Overview: Friend Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and organized PA / Admin Officer to provide executive assistance and manage day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: • Calendar and meeting management • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes • Handle travel arrangements and coordinate events as required • Maintain office records and administrative documentation • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders • Supervise routine office administration • Support HR-related administrative tasks • Perform other duties assigned by managementJob Specification: Must-have: • Minimum 2-4 years experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
