Job Description: Company: A N International Tours, Multan Role overview: The Umrah and Travel Operations Manager will lead daily operations for Umrah packages and general travel services, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination across partners and internal teams. This role reports to senior management and works closely with sales, customer support, suppliers, and local ground partners. Key responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end Umrah package operations including bookings, visas, flights, accommodation, transfers, and on-ground support in destination cities. • Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, ground handling agents, visa facilitators, and transportation providers to secure competitive rates and guaranteed services. • Ensure compliance with immigration, health, and travel regulations for pilgrims and travelers; maintain accurate documentation and timely visa processing workflows. • Implement standard operating procedures, checklists, and contingency plans to manage peak seasons, group movements, and emergency situations. • Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and adherence to agreed service-levels; address operational issues and performance gaps. • Coordinate with sales and customer support to align operations with bookings, special requirements, and client communications.Job Specification: • Proven experience managing Umrah, Hajj, or group pilgrimage operations, or equivalent large-scale travel program coordination. • Vendor management and negotiation skills with airlines, hotels, and local ground operators. • Operational planning: itinerary creation, visa processing workflows, transfers coordination, and contingency planning. • Familiarity with Pakistan travel regulations, visa requirements, and health protocols relevant to religious travel. • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English; ability to liaise with customers, agents, and overseas partners. • Budgeting and cost control skills; experience producing operational reports and KPIs. • Team leadership and staff scheduling experience; capability to train and supervise frontline operations staff. • Proficiency with reservation systems, MS Office (Excel), and basic CRM or operations management software. • Attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, and customer-focused service orientation.
