Job Description: Company: Graphix Labels & Packaging Location: Sialkot, Pakistan (on-site) Employment type: Full-Time, Morning Shift About the role: • Provide executive assistance to management: schedule appointments, manage correspondence, coordinate meetings and follow up on action items. • Maintain accurate accounting records: post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash and prepare ledgers. • Prepare monthly financial summaries, assist with payroll calculations, supplier payments and invoicing. • Manage purchase orders, maintain vendor records and track inventory-related paperwork for packaging supplies. • Coordinate logistics for shipments and liaise with production, sales and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. • Organize office administration: maintain filing systems, process incoming/outgoing documents and support HR admin tasks such as attendance records. • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic tax/regulatory documentation; assist external accountants during audits.Job Specification: Must have: • Proven bookkeeping skills: journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management. • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally or similar) and MS Excel for reconciliations and basic reporting. • Strong organizational skills: calendar management, document filing and coordination of meetings/logistics. • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records, invoicing and supplier/payment tracking. • Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers, couriers, production and management. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time independently and handle confidential information with discretion. • Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation in Pakistan.
