Duration: 1 Month Job Description: To deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in marble polishing and marble fixing, ensuring trainees develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional work practices required for employment in the construction and maintenance industry. Marble Polishing • Train trainees on marble polishing techniques, equipment handling, and surface finishing standards. • Demonstrate the proper use of polishing machines, pads, and chemicals. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Assess trainee performance and provide practical guidance to improve work quality. Marble Fixing • Train trainees on marble installation methods, measurement, cutting, and alignment techniques. • Demonstrate the correct use of fixing materials, adhesives, and installation tools. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. • Conduct practical evaluations and provide corrective training where necessary. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience, with proven leadership or training capabilities. • Strong knowledge of marble polishing and fixing techniques, pest control chemicals, sanitization procedures, and glass-cleaning methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner. • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods, working in dusty or noisy conditions, and lifting equipment when required. • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
