Job Description Included for reference, so the full accountability structure is visible in one document. • Client profit calculations and profit disbursements • Digital banking portal operations • Responsible for bank payment approvals and execution • Bank reconciliation (final review) • Investment updates for new clients • Final review of monthly reports submitted by all three officers • Consolidated management reporting • Coordination with senior management & Intra Departments • Final financial controls and compliance • Random Visits of on-going projects (LHR, ISB, NRW, SKR and on-going projects i.e Chaaye khana, Glided desk) • Software Implementation and systematic recording of data. • Compliance with Tax regulatory authorities. • Staff management & Payroll distributions. • Audit and Assurance. (keeping a Hawk eye view on every single operation and doing variance analysis for better streamline flow of operations). • Planning, Leading, Controlling and organizing every operation.
