Duration: 1 Month Job Description: To deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in glass cleaning, ensuring trainees develop the knowledge, practical skills, and professional work practices required for employment in the hospitality, commercial, and facility management sectors. Glass Cleaning • Train trainees on professional glass cleaning techniques for interior and exterior surfaces. • Demonstrate safe and effective use of cleaning tools, chemicals, ladders, and access equipment. • Train on squeegee techniques, streak-free polishing methods, and the operation of high-reach glass cleaning systems. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. • Conduct practical assessments and provide coaching to improve efficiency and workmanship. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience, with proven leadership or training capabilities. • Strong knowledge of marble polishing and fixing techniques, pest control chemicals, sanitization procedures, and glass-cleaning methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner. • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods, working in dusty or noisy conditions, and lifting equipment when required. • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
