How to apply

1. 1Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided.
2. 2Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online.
3. 3After creating the profile and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, candidates will not be able to apply.
4. 4Upon successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip containing the candidate’s token number, project code, and personal information will be generated.
5. 5Candidates are required to deposit the prescribed online test fee through Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank using the generated deposit slip.
6. 6The original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp must be retained by the candidate at all times and must not be shared with any third party.
7. 7After submission of the online application, candidates are not required to send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office.
8. 8The online application form shall be available from 16th August, 2026, and the last date for submission of applications is 16th September, 2026.
9. 9Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates must not provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
10. 10No separate Call Letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates must be Pakistani nationals.
• Candidates must have a first-class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree with no 3rd division in the relevant field.
• Candidates with a PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career are eligible for specific posts.
• Candidates must be within the age limit of 21 to 55 years.
• Candidates must have no 3rd division in their academic career unless they hold a PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division.
• Candidates must submit an official percentage certificate issued by the Controller of Examinations or the relevant issuing authority of the awarding University/Institution.
• In case of a semester system, a CGPA of 3.00/4.00 shall be considered equivalent to First Division.
• Experience certificates must be attested by the Head of the Department/Institution.
• Applicants holding foreign degrees must provide an Equivalency Certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Candidates must submit attested copies of all academic transcripts, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, research papers/publications, and a recent passport-size photograph.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for demonstration and interview.
• The University reserves the right to appoint or reject any application without assigning any reason.
