How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. 2After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Print out the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa or 1 link.
4. 4After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. 5After online apply, send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

8. 8Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

11. 11No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
• All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
• Except for the positions at Serial No. 04 and 07, which are newly introduced positions and were not included in any of the aforementioned advertisements, all the positions mentioned above, previously advertised through Daily Mashriq INF (P) 1614/26 dated 16-04-2026, Daily Express through INF (P) 249/2026 dated 19-01-2026, The News through INF (P) 5094/25, dated 04/12/2025, The News through INF (P) 1750/24, dated 25/07/2024 and The News through INF (P):3476/25 dated 09-08-2025 are hereby withdrawn. All interested candidates, including those who have previously applied against these positions, shall be required to submit fresh applications through ETEA. Applications submitted against the previous advertisements shall not be considered for the current recruitment process, and no claim shall be entertained on the basis of any application submitted against the previous advertisements.
• Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
• Interview calls will be issued to short listed candidates only.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
• The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
• Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of Interview.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with cogent reason.
• Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
• Experience marks will be given to only those candidates who have experience in relevant subject/field.
• Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview if he/she were: a. Convicted by the court of law. b. Dismissed from public service. c. Knowingly furnishes any false information. d. Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification. e. Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means. f. Submits forged certificates. g. Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates. h. Misbehaves in the interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
• In-case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Application of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
• Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
