The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Project Coordination & Monitoring Unit (PCMU) under the Local Government & Rural Development Department is inviting online applications for various positions in a development project. These appointments are on a fixed pay basis for an initial period of six months, or until the project's completion, whichever is earlier. Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts and apply online through the ETEA website by October 10, 2026. A non-refundable test fee must be deposited via One Link after generating a deposit slip. Eligibility will be determined by an ETEA screening test, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. Qualification: Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning from a recognized university / institution.
Experience: At least 7 years' relevant professional experience in project management, supervision, or implementation of public-sector development / infrastructure projects. Experience in multi-sectoral / multi-agency development projects, project planning and implementation, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management and coordination with government departments, executing agencies, consultants and contractors shall be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant professional experience in dashboard development, Business Intelligence, data analytics, database development/management, data integration or related IT systems. Expertise in Power BI or Tableau, with advanced proficiency in SQL, is mandatory, with demonstrated experience in interactive dashboard development, data modelling, query development and performance optimization. Experience in backend systems, database management, data security, user access controls and dashboard deployment / maintenance shall be preferred. Experience with public-sector development, infrastructure, donor-funded or multi-agency projects shall be an added advantage.

Qualification: Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline from a recognized university / institution.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant professional experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, business analytics, performance monitoring, management information systems or related fields. Strong analytical and statistical modelling skills, with demonstrated experience in data cleaning, aggregation, validation, quantitative analysis and interpretation of complex datasets. Experience in public-sector development, infrastructure, project monitoring, donor-funded or multi-agency programmes shall be an added advantage.

Field Engineer (Civil)

Qualification: B.E./B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized and PEC-accredited university/institution. Valid PEC registration mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in field supervision, execution or monitoring of civil works, preferably in infrastructure/development projects. Experience in site inspection, quality control, measurement/verification, contractor supervision, drawings/specifications, progress monitoring and reporting. Experience in roads, bridges, underpasses, drainage and urban infrastructure preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in field supervision, execution or monitoring of electrical works, preferably in infrastructure/development projects. Experience in site inspection, quality control, measurement / verification of drawings and specifications, testing and commissioning of electrical installations.

Field Engineer (Environmental Sciences)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (4 years) or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university / institution.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in environmental monitoring, assessment, safeguards or environmental management, preferably in infrastructure, urban development or public-sector/development projects. Experience in field environmental inspections, construction-site monitoring, environmental compliance, environmental impact/risks assessment, implementation of mitigation measures and preparation of environmental monitoring reports.

Demonstrated experience in producing project documentation, progress videos, before-and-after visuals, infographics, presentations, animations and other visual communication material.   2. 2After successful submission of online applications a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidates personal information) will be generated.
  3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (Non-refundable) through One Link.
  4. 4After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  5. 5The candidates are not required to submit hard copies of their documents at the time of application. After applying online, don't send documents to ETEA office, copies of test documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.

Rules & eligibility

  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, however, detail scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any aspect at any stage of the recruitment process, he / she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
  • All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat Token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) without such verification they will not be able to apply for any post.
  • The candidate must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Districts.
  • Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
  • Appointment will be purely on fixed pay basis initially for 6 months or till the completion of the Project/winding up of the PCMU whichever is earlier.
  • The posts are project posts and will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project/winding up of the PCMU whichever is earlier.
  • Lump sum pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
  • Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
  • Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
  • Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  • Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
  • The Candidates working in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
