Job details

Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Biological Science/ Advanced diploma (Associate Degree in Blood Transfusion Technology). Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic and intermediary immunohematology. Be able to handle emergency release and timely communication with clinical team. Be able to perform the post transfusion reaction workup and forward it to the pathologist for review. Perform advance skill. Reagent cell preparation for all campuses according to best manufacturing practices. Physical reconciliation of blood units in BBMIS. Respond to phone calls in proper manner while communicating with the hospital staff and other service partner. Maintain highest level of professional and ethical behavior at work. Maintain Quality Management in day to day working by ensuring compliance according to define processes and procedures as per Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB). Perform any other task assigned by the management.
