Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Experience: 01–2 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setup. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setup Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the department, including assistance with daily activities, special projects, meetings, minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate effective communication, timely execution of tasks, and smooth operational workflows. Maintain, review, and update SOPs, manuals, policies, and other operational documents, ensuring proper version control and timely completion of scheduled revisions. Collect, organize, validate, and analyze operational data; prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making. Monitor operational indicators and identify trends, gaps, delays, or areas requiring corrective action, and follow up with relevant departments. Support departments in preparing for internal and external audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Provide on-ground operational support during organizational events, inspections, emergencies, and other activities as required. Coordinate and support off-campus activities and travel as required for official assignments.
