Job Description • Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university. • Minimum 08 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. At least 4 years in a team lead or senior developer capacity. Demonstrable portfolio of React + .NET applications. Public-sector or enterprise-grade software experience preferred. • Frontend: React.js — component lifecycle, hooks, routing (React Router), state management • Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API — dependency injection, middleware, JWT authentication, Dapper / ADO.NET • Database: Microsoft SQL Server — stored procedures, functions, views, joins, indexing, query tuning • Version Control: Git — feature branching, Git Flow, code review via pull requests • OOP & Design Patterns: Repository pattern, Factory, Singleton, Service layer architecture • AI Tools: Claude, Copilot, or equivalent AI coding assistants — mandatory daily use • Docker: Multi-stage Dockerfiles, docker-compose for local development • CI/CD: Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent — plus • Strong ownership mindset — accountable for delivery quality and timelines. • Ability to context-switch between frontend, backend, and database layers efficiently. • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across the stack. • Team-first attitude with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing. • Adaptable to evolving requirements in a government IT environment.
