Job Description • Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university. • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in software development. At least 4 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role. Experience in government or public-sector software projects is highly desirable. • Frontend: React.js (hooks, context, state management) • Backend: ASP.NET Core / .NET (Web API, MVC, middleware, dependency injection) • Database: Microsoft SQL Server — ADO.NET, stored procedures, query optimization • Version Control: Git (branching strategies, pull request workflows) • OOP & Design Patterns: Solid command of SOLID principles, Repository, Factory, Singleton, CQRS • AI Tools: Daily use of Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent — mandatory for all team members • Docker: Containerization and orchestration knowledge • CI/CD: Pipeline setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar) — strong plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of driving outcomes with minimal supervision. • Collaborative mindset with experience managing cross-functional team dynamics. • Committed to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.
